The VAGNER Catfish Super Soft Mono Leader doesn't have nearly as high a load capacity as braided line. It has a higher elongation, but it has a higher abrasion resistance compared to braided lines and especially in the water it does not cause as much negative vibration due to current and wind. So you could say that mono leaders are quieter in the water environment and harder for catfish to detect. With our Mono leader material we have achieved high tensile strength, strong abrasion resistance against rocks and clams, but at the same time we have managed to keep the mono sufficiently soft. You will especially appreciate this when tying your mounts. You can choose from diameters of 0.80 mm; 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm, which are supplied in lengths of 50 metres. This ensures that all fishing techniques for catfish are covered.
